I have a deep love of nature and the patterns that can be found there, jokes that are so bad they're good, quirky individuals, unexpected details, and all stories history, mythology, or camp-fire tales. Often my paintings and illustrations double as visual puns or have a little story of their own to tell. One of the reasons I love to create these images is that it gives me the chance to take these snippets of stories and characters that swirl around in my head and let them loose into the world.
